“This fall, between October 10 to 20, Premium Expo is pleased to invite you to participate at 2013 Bucharest Auto Salon & Accessories. The event is celebrating 20 years since the first edition and is held at Romaero Baneasa.
The official opening and press conference 2013 SAB & Accessories was held Thursday, October 10, 12:00 to Romaero Baneasa in the presence of Mr. Radu Stroe – Interior Minister, Sorin Oprescu – Mayor of Bucharest Municipality, Mr. Marcel Nicolaescu – general Deputy Bucharest City Hall, Cristian Popescu Piedone – Mayor of City District 4, Mr. Catalin Constantin Pepper – Secretary of State Ministry of Internal Affairs, Mr. Adrian Gearap, president of the National Environmental Fund Administration and other representatives of the Ministries and partner institutions.
2013 SAB & Accessories is the only tradition car exhibition, the first car event in Romania and specialized and organized “under the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Transport” and supported by the Bucharest City Hall and Romanian Auto Register.
One of this edition of 2013 SAB & Accessories that surprises is BMW and MINI by Automobile Bavaria.
National premiere this year Bucharest Auto Show at BMW and MINI stans is presented directly from Frankfurt, New BMW 4 Series.

History of Bucharest Auto Show and Accessories
The first four editions of Bucharest Auto Show and Accessories were held between 1993 to 1996. The success of these editions in terms of brands showcased and the number of visitors (120,000 visitors in 1996) introduced SAB & Accessories in OICA International Calendar, being named The International Auto Fair Bucharest.
Since 1997, sequentially, every two years, the show was held under APIA organization until 2007 and included in the prestigious international OICA calendar with the name Bucharest International Auto Show. From 2007 until 2011 the exhibition was affected by the strong decrease of the auto market and was closed.
2011 marked the return of SAB & Accessories with a national edition, in a location already known to car lovers, Romaero Baneasa which offers an area of over 40,000 sqm, indoor and outdoor, parking spaces and a very good location. In 2011 at Bucharest Auto Show and Accessories exhibited 58 companies.
In 2012, Bucharest Auto Show and Accessories returned to its traditional exhibition period, respectively 10 days, period during the exhibiting companies had the opportunity to establish more contacts, more contracts and to increase the volume of sales. In 2012 at Bucharest Auto Show and Accessories exhibited 81 companies on an exhibiting area of 13.700 sqm.
