Subaru BRZ STI at the 2011 LA Auto Show

Subaru is one of the imposing presences which made its debut at the 2011 LA Auto Show. Although still a concept, called Subaru BRZ STI and looking oddly similar to the Scion FR-S concept, this vehicle promises a lot.

Preserving a 2.0 liter four-cylinder boxer engine, taken from Toyota, but eliminating the turbocharged “surprise element”, so obvious in a sports car,  the BRZ model is definitely a premier. Despite not being turbocharged, this model will make up by a lighter figure through adding a carbon fiber roof and a lower center of gravity.

And last but not least, a tuned suspension and Brembo brakes will complete the looks and performance of this great car.
