Honda EV-STER present at the 2011 Tokyo Motor Show

This 2011 Tokyo Motor Show has brought to our attention the latest electric sports concept car signed by Honda and entitled the EV-STER.

Not exactly the coolest name ever, but we can work with it. Especially when you will hear about all the wonderful features that are available. Due to the carbon materials used in construction, this is a light weighted car that can reach 60km/h in only 5.0 seconds and has a top speed of 160 km/h.

Not bad for a 10kWh lithium-ion battery that can travel 160 km with only one charge of 3 hours at  200V.

I think this electric RWD convertible might actually be the new “discovery” of the year!
