Volkswagen offered more pictures with the new 2011 Phaeton that will be on European market starting this month with a choice of two wheelbase options and two back seat versions (three seats / two individual seats) and under the hood it offers a choice of four engines, a turbo diesel and three petrol engines.
The car will have 12-cylinder engine that can deliver 331 kW / 450 PS but also the more modest turbocharged common rail direct injection engine that delivers 176 kW / 240 PS and will accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 8.6 seconds; top speed is of 237 km/h. (more…)

Avus Performance is based in Berlin German. They specialize in modifying cars. This is the top 10 list of the best cars they have modified.

The M3 already is one of the best cars, but Avus Performance raised this vehicle to new heights. They supplied a revised modified suspension and revised the exhaust system. VW presented their new model Polo Sedan which will have only one option for engine, Otto 1.6 liter with 105 hp, 153 Nm at a maximum torque of 3,800 rpm and a six steps Triptonic automatic gearbox.
VW Polo Sedan can reach 100 km/h in 10.5 sec and a top speed of 190 km/h. (more…)

The Japanese car tuning company Newing is dedicating it to produce body kits for Volkswagen.
This time they have chosen Volkswagen Golf for which they have made a body kit. The model is GTI RSR type 2.

The German auto producer introduced a new model – Volkswagen Golf VI Match that comes with improved extra features for 1,600 pounds, as: ABS, ESP, seven airbags, Climatic air conditioning, alarm, the Match adds unique 16-inch ‘Croft’ alloy wheels, cruise control and multi-device interface for connectivity to iPod or MP3 player, leather multifunction steering wheel, DAB digital radio receiver, Bluetooth system, and many more.
The engine range for the Volkswagen Golf VI Match includes a 1.4-litre TSI petrol with 122 PS, a 1.6-litre TDI 105 PS or a 2.0-litre TDI with 140 PS, with six or seven speed DSG gearbox and it’s also available with the 1.6-litre TDI 105 PS 68.9 mpg and the more powerful 2.0 liter Blue-motion TDI developing 140 hp and returning 65.7 mpg with CO2 emissions of only 114 g/km.
