Audi comes with great news and presented their latest model A7, which will be available since next year.

This Audi has the same platform as the A8, but with a sportier look.

Audi A7 will be available with a diesel engine of 3.0 liter TDI which will have 204 hp and a consumption of 5.3 liter/100 km. Pretty good, don’t you think?

Also, the new Audi A7 will have other powerful engines, but we don’t know more now.

The car is represented by its angular lines, 20 inch wheels, LED lights technology and lightweight chassis.

I like Audi and I think the new A7 will have real success.

Volkswagen offered more pictures with the new 2011 Phaeton that will be on European market starting this month with a choice of two wheelbase options and two back seat versions (three seats / two individual seats) and under the hood it offers a choice of four engines, a turbo diesel and three petrol engines.

The car will have 12-cylinder engine that can deliver 331 kW / 450 PS but also the more modest turbocharged common rail direct injection engine that delivers 176 kW / 240 PS and will accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 8.6 seconds; top speed is of 237 km/h.

The Phaeton V6 has an impressive fuel consumption of just 8.5 liters/100 km (224 g/km CO2).

Now we have to wait to see its price.

The German auto producer introduced a new model – Volkswagen Golf VI Match that comes with improved extra features for 1,600 pounds, as: ABS, ESP, seven airbags, Climatic air conditioning, alarm, the Match adds unique 16-inch ‘Croft’ alloy wheels, cruise control and multi-device interface for connectivity to iPod or MP3 player, leather multifunction steering wheel, DAB digital radio receiver, Bluetooth system, and many more.

The engine range for the Volkswagen Golf VI Match includes a 1.4-litre TSI petrol with 122 PS, a 1.6-litre TDI 105 PS or a 2.0-litre TDI with 140 PS, with six or seven speed DSG gearbox and it’s also available with the 1.6-litre TDI 105 PS 68.9 mpg and the more powerful 2.0 liter Blue-motion TDI developing 140 hp and returning 65.7 mpg with CO2 emissions of only 114 g/km.
Its price starts at 17,730 pounds for the 1.4 liter TSI, 3 door version.

New Engines from Mercedes

Mercedes is recognized by its big petrol engines and isn’t that green considering this. Now, Mercedes it’s improving the V6 and V8 engines, with low friction materials, lightweight, multi-spark ignition system and direct fuel injection.

Now, the 3.5 liter V6 engine is with 24% more economical and its power was increased with 33 hp, at 301 hp.

First car that will receive the new V6 engine will be Mercedes S350 that will emit only 177g/km of CO2, instead of the Lexus Hybrid that produces 179g/km of CO2.

The 5.5 liter V8 engine will be replaced with a new 4.7 liter engine that will produce 429 hp and will be with 20% more efficient regarding the fuel consumption.

It seems that Mercedes will produce great engines that, although aren’t hybrids it will make great impact on market.

We have found that the F800 Style Concept platform would be used for a new model from Mercedes that would be called Mercedes CLS Estate. This new model would be a real rival for the new Audi A7 and BMW 5 Series.

The Mercedes CLS Estate would be officially presented at the Beijing Auto Show, in April, this year.
First models from the series production will have a 3.5-litre V6 delivering 306bhp in the CLS350 and a 4.6-litre V8 with 435bhp in the CLS500. Mercedes will also offer two V6 common rail diesels: a 2.1-litre with 204bhp in the CLS250 CDI and a 3.0-litre with 231bhp in the CLS350 CDI.

For the AMG CLS would be the turbocharged 5.5-litre V8 engine that will the replace the old 6.2-litre V8 that offers 537bhp, an increase of 30bhp over the actual model.

And an even more powerful version of the same engine will be offered as part of a performance package upgrade, with 563bhp — enough muscle to fire the new four-door to 60mph in just 4.2sec.
We don’t know for sure, but it’s probable that its series launch would be on market starting with 2012 at a price of around £50,000 (this on the UK Market).

I’ve already seen the car in September at the Frankfurt Motor Show.And, beside performance, color impressed everybody. A passional red, which, quite simply, without even a moment of hesitation, leaves you without breath.
This time, however, was totally changed. This passion has transformed into an electric orange, but just as stylish.

To refresh the memory, remember that e-Tron uses four electric engines which, in total, are producing 313 hp. The battery is what autonomy ensures the operation of approximately 248 km.
