The Sondergard idea comes from different kit cars and was designed by Jesper Hermann as a “perfect Danish supercar”.
The original kit is from the Opel GT (also known as Pontiac Solstice) and it is a retro car designed as a race car that can accelerate from 0 to 100 km in just 4 seconds. The engine is of 4 cylinders 2.0 turbo with 265 hp. The price is between 38,000 and 65,000 Euros. (more…)

Ford introduced the latest car to the rally, conducted together with experts from the M-Sport, which also produce Ford WRC cars. Fiesta S2000 rally car will be a comprehensive car, following to compete in many competitions, the WRC, IRC (Intercontinental Rally Challenge – Series rival WRC), the S2000 World Cup or national rally.
Ford Fiesta S2000 Rally Car
Based on Fiesta body model, the car racing the specifications S2000 class, with a 2000 cc engine, four-cylinder, naturally aspirated. Propeller develops 280 horsepower and a maximum torque of 260 Nm and maximum speed amounts to 8,000 rpm. Fiesta S2000 has four-wheel drive and transmission sequence, but the oversized Brembo brakes on all wheels.
Car weights only of 1,200 kilograms, complete with safety structure, which ensures an extraordinary agility. Fiesta S2000 will be approved in January 2010.
