Premium brand owned by car manufacturer Nissan announced today that it would introduce for the first time in its range a turbodiesel engine. Formal presentation of the new models will take place next month at the Geneva Motor Show.

Nissan has established luxury division Infiniti cars in 1989. Today, Infiniti announced that will introduce newcomers to the range a turbodiesel engine.

The first three cars equipped with 3.0-liter V6 engine that develops 235 horsepower and a maximum torque of 550 Nm (at 1750 rpm), will be models EX and FX crossovers and limousine M (which will be on markets starting this year).

Turbodiesel engine, which respects the rule of Euro5 pollution, will be used for some ranges of Renault and Nissan cars.

The new version EX30d is able to sprint from 0 to 100 km / h in 7.9 seconds. FX30d cover the same range in 8.3 seconds.
