2015 will please car lovers across the whole spectrum. There are some great new family cars heading to the market. They’ll sit nicely alongside the everyday hatchbacks that are currently in production. To whet the appetite of speed freaks, there is the brand new Ferrari on the way. Not to mention, another 911 penciled for release next year. Whatever you are looking for in your motor, 2015 will provide in abundance.

A quick look at scheduled released for 2015 shows yet more increase in hybrid and electric car production. This technology is now becoming part of some of the most powerful cars on the market. It points to a future where electric power is every bit as impressive as traditional engines. It is an exciting time to be a petrolhead. 2015 will see the release of some impressive reissues and one or two brand new models. This list will give you an idea of what you’ll see on the forecourt of Pentagon-Group and other dealers next year. So, without further ado, let’s jump into the most exciting cars set for 2015.

Ferrari 458M

Let’s start with the big guns, shall we? Ferrari look set to release a new car annually over the coming years. The 458M will be the first of those. Ferrari fans won’t be disappointed with its stunning curvy looks. Ferrari knows what works when it comes to design and the 458M is no different. Although they are downsizing the engine, you won’t lose any power. In fact, the 0-62mph time has been cut to three seconds dead. That’s some serious acceleration, you are going to feel that G Force.

Aston Martin Lagonda

The new Aston Martin is based heavily on the 1976 original. Aston Martin have worked hard to revive the classic and bring it back to life. They have succeeded in restoring its former glory. This luxury saloon will be produced to a very limited edition. And we mean very limited. Only 100 will be produced and they will only be available to buy from the Middle East. If you want one, get your name on the waiting list now and buy a plane ticket to Middle East!

Audi R8

With the R8, Audi succeeded in revolutionising the world of supercars. They brought all of the power, handling and beauty of the supercar and put it into an everyday vehicle. They created a car that rivaled the Ferraris and the Lamborghinis in the looks and power department. Yet it also competed with the BMWs on the everyday road use. It was a true step forward for motoring. In 2015, Audi are introducing a new model. This one comes complete with a new carbon fibre chassis for increased performance. Audi are also developing an all-electric version. They claim it will do 250 miles on a single charge. This would be a serious leap for electric motoring if it delivers.

BMW M2

BMW are bringing back everything that was great about the M2, but supercharging every area. The new rear wheel coupe will come complete with new alloys, a new braking system and a 2 litre 6 turbo engine. All this will come as standard. It also looks likely that a 7 seater will hit the market. BMW are squeezing in another layer for two more seats. Power, performance and practical. That’s what we like to see.

Ford Galaxy

Enough of the power and speed, what’s new in the world of everyday cars? Well, the Ford Galaxy won’t win any beauty prizes, but the solid family car is back. The Galaxy retains everything that made the perfect family runaround. However, Ford have tweaked its engine and brought it into the new decade. It is now more economical and much safer than before.

Fiat 500X

If you’re wondering what the ‘X’ means in the new Fiat 500, we think it just means ‘bigger’! The new Fiat 500 is gaining width, height and length making it more practical and safer. In 2015, the 500 is evolving into a truly great family car. It even keeps every stylish curve and corner.

Honda Civic Type R

2015 is already shaping up to be a great year for hatchbacks. The Honda Civic Type R is finally getting a release. After unveiling two concept cars and whispers of development growing for years, it is actually coming. The Type R looks set to be everything we were promised and more. It will come complete with a race setting that will increase steering weight and stiffen the ride. It will work like a dream with everyday driving too. If it’s a little out of your price range, Honda are also releasing a new Jazz in 2015. At around half the price of the Civic, you’ll get all the practicality. Just not so much of the fun.

Hyundai i20

The Hyundai is the cheapest car on the list. The little hatchback will set the standard for budget cars in 2015. It looks set to hit the market at a little over £10,000 but it is equipped like an executive saloon. It comes complete with touchscreen navigation and rear parking cameras. Of course, this is all technology we’ve seen before. However, never in such a budget car. Serious technology is coming to your small car in 2015.

Porsche 911 GT3 RS

The 911 GT3 didn’t particularly excite Porsche fans. There wasn’t quite anything new to tease the diehard Porsche lovers. Hopefully the new RS will reignite the spark. It looks set to be faster and more powerful than the GT3. Porsche have also made some design changes with grills around the wheel arches. It makes the beautiful car look fierce and angry. We like it.

There you have it. The 9 most exciting cars to hit the roads next year. We’ve already got our eye on our favourite. Have you?
